INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil (grape seed oil or sunflower oil will also work!)
1/2 cup Bounty & Full Pineapple Saffron Glaze
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
1 large sprig of rosemary
2 sprigs of thyme
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth.
Store in refrigerator. This will last in the refrigerator for about two weeks and will make eating salads at home so easy!
Pro tip: you can swap the Bounty & Full Pineapple Saffron Glaze for the Bounty & Full Cranberry Mandarin Jam and it will taste great too!
